GETTING STARTED
To start your pet portrait commission, go to my Etsy page. You can send me your favorite photo there. Ordering can be done through Etsy on the drop-down menu. Choose the size you want. You can order the painting in 6x6", 8x8" or 10x10"
These are special prices that I only offer for a head and shoulders portrait of your pet!
The painting will be a head only square format view. Your photo does not have to be just of the face, or even a square. I will crop your photo and send you what I think will make the best portrait. Once we agree on the basic composition and you send your payment, I will begin!
Send me your largest file with good lighting so there will be greater detail.
When I have nearly finished the painting, I will send you a photo for your comments and I will make any adjustments. Once you have approved the painting, I will then ship the painting to you in a USPS Priority mail box with FREE SHIPPING in the United States. Your painting will be signed on the back.
Allow three weeks from the time I receive your payment and we agree on the design to the shipping date, though I will make every effort to complete it sooner.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your painting, you have the option of turning down the painting before I ship it to you and I will give you a full refund on your payment. Once the painting has shipped, I will allow returns after seven days of receipt of the painting if you notify me three days after receiving it. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and the painting must be in good condition.
