Shipping of original artwork to the buyer within the United States is included in price on most items. Please check individual descriptions. It you want it faster, email or call me and I will quote you a shipping price.

For shipping outside of the United States, please email andreagoldsmithart@gmail.com and I will provide you with a price. International buyer is responsible for any additional custom charges or vats or any other fees beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

​

I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will accept returns if you notify me within 7 days after receipt of the package and ship it within seven days of notifying me. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping return. If you live in my area we can work out a socially- distanced arrangement for return of the painting. This policy does not apply to commissions.

Return Policy

All products are unique and produced on demand per order. Once an order has been sent to Production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it, including shipping address. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.

 

A replacement order will be offered free of charge if there are any mistakes with the order, such as manufacturing error, or printing issues. Returns or exchanges are not offered for the wrong size, color, incorrect shipping address, or buyer’s remorse.  Thank you for your understanding.

Commissions

​

Commissions are one of a kind custom orders and therefore cannot be refunded once the painting is completed and accepted. Refunds on deposits are at the discretion of the artist based on amount of work completed and time spent on the project. Thank you for your understanding.
